Claudine is a Director with Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory in Malta, with over 25 years of experience in management consulting, organisational design, and strategic transformation.
Claudine’s primary areas of focus are within the Strategy & Business Service line which consist of the provision of strategic advisory and implementation services across organisational change, operating model design, and workforce consulting. Her expertise encompasses strategic and business planning, performance improvement initiatives, and large-scale organisational transformation programmes. She specialises in designing and implementing change management strategies, developing target operating models, and advising on organisational restructuring.
Prior to joining Deloitte in 2026, she spent over 20 years in a ‘Big Four’ advisory practice, where she led the management consulting practice from 2021 onwards, overseeing strategy & market research, operating model design, workforce consulting, sustainability consulting, and EU advisory services. Between 2016 and 2018, she worked in the United Kingdom as an organisational design and change management expert. She commenced her career with the Maltese Government’s in-house management consultancy, conducting policy reviews, impact assessments, and organisational reviews of Government entities.
Claudine holds a Master of Science in Organisational Change and Development from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Management from the University of Malta.
