Caroline Cassar Reynaud is currently People & Purpose Leader at Deloitte Malta. Caroline joined Deloitte in 1998 where she was primarily responsible for the coordination of the training and marketing functions. Over the course of her time with Deloitte, Caroline has played a strategic role in brand, communications, talent, social media as well as human resources. In 2014, Caroline took on her role as Talent Leader and has been responsible for driving the Talent strategy for Deloitte in Malta. Caroline Cassar Reynaud was appointed to the position of Director within Deloitte Malta, with effect from 1 December 2016.
