About Mustaqbaly Program
Deloitte in KSA is proud to offer ambitious and talented KSA Nationals the exciting opportunity to join Mustaqbaly program, a market leading Nationalization Advancement Program.
Mustaqbaly aims to attract, engage and develop top Saudi talent while grooming them in their personal and professional development throughout their career to become world-class leaders and Deloitte ambassadors.
The Program is open for fresh graduates across the KSA and successful candidates will be provided with the opportunity to go on a selective three-year program where they will work and study with Deloitte.
KSA nationals joining the Mustaqbaly program will be exposed to an extensive professional as well as practical training. They will be supported to achieve locally as well as internationally recognized processional qualifications such as SOCPA, ACCA, CIA, ICAEW and CPA.
