Mustaqbaly is Deloitte’s flagship development initiative designed to attract and nurture top fresh graduates in accounting and finance. This selective three-year program in Audit and Assurance offers participants a unique blend of practical work experience and professional study, positioning them for success as future leaders and ambassadors of Deloitte.

Apprentices joining Mustaqbaly will be employed as Audit and Assurance Associates and supported throughout their journey to attain internationally recognized qualifications, including sponsorship for the SOCPA, CPA, ACCA certifications. The program emphasizes comprehensive training, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance audit and assurance quality and productivity, while fostering personal and professional growth.

Participants
will gain hands-on experience advising on financial statements, supporting
clients in achieving their business goals, and driving profitability, all
within a framework aimed at developing world-class leadership capabilities.
