Inclusion and wellbeing have been high priority topics on the leadership agenda. To ensure respect and inclusion (R&I) is upheld at all times, a Deloitte Middle East ‘What would you do?’ series was launched taking readers through a number of possible real-life dilemmas. These dilemmas are based on real situations and aim to encourage open discussions on R&I issues and create a safe space for constructive dialogue and understanding around behaviors in areas such as wellbeing, unconscious bias, lifestyle, and climate sustainability, to name a few.
Many R&I situations are a result of unintentional actions or misunderstanding, and through these real life scenarios, our people are guided to live our Shared Values and set the expectations we have for one another, which aims to improve our People experience in their daily interactions with one another. Each real-life scenario highlights a clear message on Deloitte Middle East support channels to escalate issues or concerns when it comes to non-inclusive behavior. Deloitte Middle East is committed to providing a culture that stands against all non-inclusive behavior, and champions respect for diversity in all its forms.
