CFO Program

At Deloitte, we understand the growing complexities of the CFO role. We also realize what opportunities and resources are needed to help finance leaders progress and succeed.

The CFO Program is designed to empower financial professionals by fostering collaboration, building a broad network within the country's CFO community, and serving as a platform for discussion, education, and innovation. This initiative helps finance leaders stay connected with leading practices, learn about emerging global trends, and refine their strategic decision-making skills.

What We Offer:

  • Yearly CE CFO Survey: Gain valuable insights regarding industrytrends, challenges, and innovations through our research initiatives.
  • Quarterly CFO Events: Since 2018, we've been organizing regular events across Latvia where CFOs can learn, network, and discuss emerging trends in leadership and financial operations.

Whether you’re addressing sector-specific concerns, navigating ongoing regulatory changes, or preparing for the future of financial leadership, these opportunities are designed to provide necessary tools and insights to help CFOs excel in their roles.

Staying Ahead of Trends and Challenges

On February 26, 2026 our #CFOClub community convened for another thought-provoking gathering to explore evolving trends and challenges for CFOs. Here’s a recap of the discussions:

Līva Zorgenfreija (Chief Economist, Swedbank AS), in her presentation, emphasized the importance of strategic decision-making for driving sustainable growth amid uncertainty.

Guoda Lomanaite Juozapaviciene (Sustainability Manager, Deloitte Lithuania, UAB) provided updates on sustainable reporting while encouraging holistic, ethical decision-making beyond compliance.

Liga Skendere (Head of Finance, Swedbank AS) discussed actionable steps CFOs need to take regarding the EU Pay Transparency Directive, highlighting the importance of clear and persistent communication during organizational shifts.

Sintija Morica (Financial Director, SIA Rīgas Austrumu Klīniskā Universitātes Slimnīca) shared nuanced insights on sector-specific CFO challenges including healthcare leadership.

Through engaging presentations, collaborative discussions, and lively networking moments, participants gained a deeper understanding of these pressing issues. We thank all speakers and attendees for their active contributions.
