Jelena Mihejenkova serves as the Audit & Assurance Director at Deloitte Latvia, bringing over 20 years of experience in delivering audit and advisory services to large multinational and local companies. She specializes in financial reporting under local regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In addition to audit services, Jelena leads other assurance offerings such as compilation services, accounting efficiency consultations, agreed-upon procedures, etc. Jelena is a regular speaker at seminars on accounting and auditing topics, including leading Deloitte’s Accounting Academy. She is also a published author, contributing articles to professional magazines.
Jelena is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK, a Latvian Sworn Auditor, a certified tax consultant in Latvia, and a Certified Internal Auditor. She holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Riga Technical University, Latvia. Since March 2026, Jelena has been serving as a Board Member of the Latvian Association of Certified Auditors (LZRA).
