All vacancies are published on the client’s websites, generating a significant workload to screen, longlist and ultimately shortlist the candidates before inviting them for an on-site interview.
The client was seeking an external provider to implement screening tools for its recruitment and selection process, including aptitude tests, personality questionnaires, and assessment centers tailored to the client’s competency framework.
The scope of the engagement included all the client’s recruitment and selection campaigns (recruitment tools), as well as the selection of managerial positions (assessment centers) and development centers.
