Assistance to rethink the UX and UI for an internal application

Business Issue

The application is currently used by 2.000 users. This tool answers user’s needs in terms of data but not in terms of user experience (UX).

Solution

Our proposition was to assist the client to rethink the application user experience based on the following approach:

  • Setup, process selection, analysis & research 
  • Design workshop, storyboarding, prototype, testing 
  • Wireframes, UX guidelines, mockups… 
  • Product backlog, user stories, working prototype

Value delivered

  • We delivered wireframes and mockups with UX/UI Guidelines for developers to be able to redesign all the application 
  • As the final deliverable is a POC of the new application, user satisfaction was reflected throughout user testing sessions
