Xavier leads the Deloitte Luxembourg Transfer Pricing practice. He has been a transfer pricing advisor since 2003 in multiple jurisdictions, including Luxembourg, France, Germany and Spain. He advises multinational companies in non-FSI industries. He advises his clients on the full transfer pricing cycle that includes planning of global tax models aligned with value creation and operational needs, implementation of transfer pricing policies supported by tools and processes, documentation projects requiring the coordination of multiple jurisdictions, or controversy management, including multi-country tax audits, MAP and APA procedures. Xavier has a double MA in International Business and Economics. He is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish and Catalan.
Iva has more than 10 years of experience assisting multinational clients on transfer pricing matters. Her experience covers a wide range of transfer pricing areas, including transfer pricing policy design and implementation, business restructurings, controversy management, value chain alignment and global documentation. Iva has also extensive expertise in financial transactions, advising key multinational clients across various industries. She ensures that their intercompany financing arrangements are structured and priced effectively, in compliance with international transfer pricing regulations. In addition to her advisory role, Iva regularly presents at Deloitte tax seminars, covering a wide range of transfer pricing-related topics.
Balazs joined Deloitte in September 2004 as senior advisor in the international tax department and was promoted to the role of Partner in the Transfer Pricing Sub Service line in 2014. Balazs is now fully focused on transfer pricing matters for a large client portfolio of the Alternative investment world with special focus on financial transactions. Balazs drives the Financial transaction practice of the TP Team taking care mainly of Alternative investment clients. He meets with the Luxembourg tax authorities on a regular basis to discuss transfer pricing elements of client cases and new pieces of the Luxembourg legislation. He is constantly involved in numerous Internal Training sessions of our TP practice. Balazs holds Bachelor’s degree in law University of Sorbonne Paris, France and graduated ESSEC Business School Paris, France ESSEC MBA Program. He is fluent in French, English, German and Hungarian languages.
Dinko joined Deloitte as Senior Manager in Cross-Border Tax - Transfer Pricing department in 2015 and was promoted to the role of Partner in the Transfer Pricing Sub Service line in 2021. He represents the Transfer Pricing practice in Deloitte focusing on intra-group financing, including debt pricing. He specializes in intra-group financial transactions for clients in the alternative investment industry multinationals. Since 2005 he has helped clients to solve complex cross-border tax issues and successfully implemented transfer pricing solutions for a wide range of intra-group arrangements. In 2022, Dinko authored a Global Survey in Transfer Pricing of Financial Guarantees that aims to gather insights on countries’ perspectives and practices related to financial guarantees. Dinko holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in international law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, where he specialized in international tax law. He is fluent in Bulgarian, English, and Russian languages, and uses French, German and Spanish.
