Francisco joined Deloitte in 2008, and currently serves as a Partner in the Cross-Border Tax sector having been appointed as Real Estate Tax Leader and Infrastructure Sector Leader for Deloitte Luxembourg. Francisco has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, especially in the Real Assets industry (encompassing Real Estate and Infrastructure). He has developed expertise not only in Luxembourg but also with a focus on Pan-EU businesses in this Industry, where he assists a wide variety of public and private clients in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector. As part of his work, Francisco handles international tax structuring advice for these clients and assists them in all phases and levels related to Alternative Investment Funds. Francisco is as well a frequent speaker in conferences and author of several articles related to International Tax. He is an active member of INREV, GIIA, ALFI and the LPEA. He is a Lawyer registered in the Portuguese Bar Association and since the beginning of his career has always performed its activity in the field of international tax. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.

Sarvi Keyhani, Avocate Associée, est spécialisée en fiscalité immobilière. Elle accompagne des investisseurs internationaux sur des opérations immobilières complexes. Elle conseille notamment de nombreux fonds immobiliers internationaux en matière de structuration de leurs investissements immobiliers en France, de sécurisation de leurs stratégies fiscales, de respect de leurs obligations ou pour la défense de leurs intérêts dans le cadre de contrôles et de contentieux fiscaux. A la tête d’une équipe de professionnels dédiée à la fiscalité immobilière, Sarvi a développé une expertise pointue dans le domaine des structures d’investissement réglementées (OPCI, SCPI, …) et non réglementées en France. Sarvi a étudié à l’Université de Californie à Berkeley ainsi qu’aux universités de Paris II-Assas et Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne, où elle a également enseigné. Elle a contribué aux réflexions du groupe de travail de l’ORIE consacré à l’externalisation immobilière et collabore à l’élaboration de business guides à la demande de l’INREV (European Association for investors in non-listed real estate funds).

Christian Wilplinger ist Partner in der Steuerberatung bei Deloitte in Wien. Er beschäftigt sich schwerpunktmäßig mit der nationalen und internationalen steuerlichen Beratung von Familienunternehmen, Private Clients/High Net Worth Individuals und Stiftungen/Trusts. Sein Fokus liegt dabei auf Umgründungs- und Transaktionsberatung, Vermögensnachfolge, internationales Steuerrecht, Kapitalertrags- und Immobilienbesteuerung sowie dem Wirtschaftlichen Eigentümer Registergesetz („WiEReG“). Er betreut weiters eine Vielzahl an Klienten im Immobilienbereich vom privaten Vermieter bis zum internationalen Immobilienkonzern. Christian Wilplinger ist Vortragender u.a. an der Universität Wien und Autor zahlreicher Bücher und Beiträge zum Steuerrecht.

Sven Roth ist Partner und Business Sector Lead Tax Real Estate. Seit über 20 Jahren ist er bei Deloitte tätig. Seine Beratungsschwerpunkte liegen in der Transaktionsbegleitung und der steuerlichen Strukturierung von Immobilienkonzernen und -unternehmen. Zudem ist er der richtige Ansprechpartner für sämtliche steuerliche Fragestellungen rund um die Immobilie. Neben Mandanten mit Immobilienschwerpunkt berät Sven Roth auch zahlreiche Mandanten anderer Branchen bei immobilienspezifischen Fragestellungen.

Michał Siekierzyński jest Partnerem w dziale Doradztwa Podatkowego Deloitte i świadczy usługi doradcze w zakresie podatku dochodowego od osób prawnych i podatku od nieruchomości. Posiada ponad 15-letnie doświadczenie i specjalizuje się w doradztwie podatkowym dla branży nieruchomości i funduszy inwestycyjnych. Kierował szeregiem projektów obejmujących podatkowe due diligence, przeglądy podatkowe oraz bieżące doradztwo podatkowe. Dodatkowo Michał pełni również rolę lidera programów klienckich Deloitte (Clients & Industries).
