Our recruitment process is optimized to help us get to know each other. Your application is the first step.

Recruitment Days


In addition to accepting applicants through job listings, we also organize recruitment days for juniors and trainees.

During these days, you will be invited to our DSquare building to:

  • Get to know the firm and learn more about what we do.
  • Participate in different interviews, tests or business cases.
  • Network with people from the business to get a real insight into life at Deloitte.

At the end of the day, you will receive the feedback and could even leave with a job offer!


Recruitment agenda


We recruit for Deloitte Luxembourg all year long – with specific job postings depending on our open roles and firm needs.

However, in Audit we have a specific annual recruitment calendar:

  • We interview and hire from November to June for a start date in October.
  • We interview and hire from February to October for a start date in January.
