On your first day, your onboarding will include:
Your induction journey
Two times a year, our recent graduate and junior new joiners take off on our Induction Journey. Starting with a Kick-Off Event with speakers who discuss our shared goals, values and how you can take ownership of your career, your Induction Journey will teach you the core skills required to succeed within your role.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to collaborate with other new joiners across service lines on team challenges and in a workshop that explores how our actions can impact climate change. And more importantly, it is the perfect time for you to get to know your peers and to start building relationships and friendships in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere!
