With over 13 years of experience in consulting, Sebastian specialises in strategy and operations for investment managers, asset servicers, and private banks. He leads complex transformation mandates spanning target operating model design, post-M&A integration, and investment platform modernisation.
His regulatory grounding runs deep: early in his career he guided asset managers and financial intermediaries through landmark regulatory shifts — AIFMD, MiFID II, and the evolution of cross-border distribution frameworks — with particular focus on product structuring and fee architecture. Today, that regulatory fluency informs how he shapes strategic and operational change for clients navigating an increasingly complex landscape.
Sebastian holds a Master's in International Business Law from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maastricht. He is fluent in German and English.
