Philipp joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2011, and currently serves as Partner in Audit & Assurance for the Alternatives sector.
Philipp has extensive experience in Audit engagements – especially in the Real Estate industry. He primarily works with investment managers on their regulated and unregulated fund vehicles reporting under LuxGAAP as well as IFRS often supplemented by INREV NAV reporting. Philipp is also involved in audits of AIFMs as well as SPVs.
He is co-leading the Luxembourg Real Estate Valuation Desk – which is the Specialist Team providing valuation advice and assistance for engagement teams around real estate valuation appraisals.
He has further specialized in INREV NAV reporting where he facilitates client trainings and supports engagement teams in the audit of such INREV NAV adjustments.
He holds the ACCA UK practising certificate and is a qualified Luxembourg “réviseur d’entreprises agréé”. He is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
