Massimo joined Deloitte in 2011, and currently serves as Audit Partner for the Alternatives sector.
Massimo has extensive experience in audit services in the financial services and commercial industries. He is specialized in both regulated and unregulated private equity funds, with the underlying focus on companies involved in the private equity, private debt and infrastructure.
He has broad experience with the accounting and reporting framework requirements of companies adopting Lux GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
Massimo holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Bologna and he is a Réviseur d’entreprises (Statutory auditor) in Luxembourg, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He is fluent in English and Italian.
