Ludovic joined Deloitte in 2006, and currently serves as Partner in the audit department for the Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector industry.
Ludovic has extensive experience in leading and coordinating audits under ISA and PCAOB of companies/Groups preparing their financial statements under Lux Gaap, IFRS or US Gaap.
Manufacturing and commercial companies are his key industry of specialization and his profound experience in the audit of consolidated financial statements of international groups prepared in accordance with IFRS has led him to being recognized as subject matter expert.
Ludovic has a solid experience in leading various engagements for companies seeking the issuance of debt instrument and IPO on recognized stock exchanges. Aside of his role as Audit Partner, he is recognized for his technical expertise in IPOs within the Deloitte network of member firms and he is leading the team in charge of advising and accompanying companies through IPOs within Deloitte Luxembourg.
He holds a Master in Audit and Accounting from EM Strasbourg and is a réviseur d’entreprises agréé and expert-comptable (Chartered Accountant) in Luxembourg. He is fluent in French and English.
