Jérôme started his career at Deloitte Luxembourg in 1998 as external auditor and joined the Entreprise Risk Services practice in 2000 covering the financial service industry.
He left Deloitte in 2002 for a professional trip of 9 years in the banking industry as successively EMEA group internal auditor and Chief risk Officer before coming back at Deloitte Luxembourg in November 2011 in the Risk Advisory practice. Since this date, he has developed governance services covering internal audit, compliance, operational risk, internal controls for Investment Management / Alternative industry, EU / International institutions, Re/Insurance industry, Banking industry and CIPS industry.
Over the last 15 years, Jérôme has contributed significantly to the development of Risk Advisory services and Risk Advisory team.
Jérôme is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA) Luxembourg, a member of the Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officer (ALCO) and a member of the Luxembourg Association of Risk Management (ALRIM). Jerome wrote also several press articles on specific governance topics and animates regularly technical training sessions for clients (e.g. conducting officer program, trainings for Board members)
Jérôme is graduate of the Burgundy Business School, Master in Finance.
