Grégory Jullien

Director – EU Public Policy | Tax

Gregory Jullien is a fully qualified French lawyer and a Director with the Deloitte Luxembourg tax practice. He assists a wide range of organizations from various industries with their day-to-day operations and specific projects, notably on sustainability-related matters. These include financial institutions, hedge funds, major private equity and real estate market players, and multi-national enterprises. He also provides insight on EU tax policy matters to help clients understand future trends and reforms and adapt proactively.

Gregory’s expertise covers environmental taxation, the development of sustainable compliance models, and tax risk management to help clients improve their tax governance and control frameworks.

Alongside advising clients, Gregory is in charge of EU tax policy activities for Deloitte since 2018 — engaging and sharing meaningful experiences with EU policymakers and stakeholders regarding EU and international tax policies to help them make informed decisions.

Gregory is actively involved as a tax specialist in various professional associations on a wide range of tax policy matters, including tax governance, sustainable taxation, environmental taxation, digital taxation, and the automatic exchange of information. These include Accountancy Europe, the European Contact Group, and the United States Council for International Business.

He is a regular speaker at conferences and frequently publishes articles on EU and international tax for publications such as AGEFI and the International Tax Review.
