Edouard joined Deloitte in 2012, and currently serves as partner in the Cross Border Tax department.
Edouard has extensive experience in the tax structuring of international operations, the planning of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and the development and implementation of related holding and financing structures.
Edouard specializes in the provision of Luxembourg tax advice to US multinationals including on the corporate tax environment in Luxembourg, the impact of domestic BEPS measures and the interaction with US tax reforms.
Edouard served on the Luxembourg tax desk in the New York office of Deloitte Tax LLP as Client Service Executive as part of the International Core of Excellence on a three-year assignment.
Prior to joining Deloitte’s Luxembourg office, Edouard worked in a major US law firm advising financial institutions and multinational corporations on the taxation of their cross-border transactions and business operations.
Edouard is a member of our tax technical cell and leads the Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution practice.
Edouard is admitted to the New York and French bars and holds an LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University and from the Sorbonne University. He is fluent in French and English.
