15 years strong: Our commitment to Relais pour la Vie

This year, Deloitte Luxembourg marked a significant milestone—fifteen years of committed support for the Relais pour la Vie initiative organised by Fondation Cancer. This year’s participation was distinguished once again by an incredible outpouring of dedication and unity from our employees, reinforcing our long-standing commitment to this important cause.
Beginning in the evening on 23 March until the evening on 24 March, 175 Deloitte employees “relayed for life,” with four teams continuously doing laps around the Coque in Luxembourg, and one team participating remotely. Regardless of how they joined, they were all driven by the same single mission: to fund research that will find the cure for cancer. These teams walked and ran, even through the late hours of the night, with unmatched enthusiasm, embodying the spirit of hope and resilience that defines both Deloitte and Relais pour la Vie.
Through a combination of employee fundraising (€3,420) and contribution through the Deloitte Foundation (€5,000), we were able to make a worthy donation of €8,420*. These funds will help drive forward critical cancer research, supporting Fondation Cancer’s ongoing efforts to combat a disease that has claimed countless lives and impacted many more.
*These funds will be represented in the Deloitte Foundation’s budget in fiscal year 2025.
