On 8 March 2023, as part of International Women’s Day 2023, Deloitte Luxembourg welcomed Justine Hénin, tennis world champion, for an inspiring conversation about her life and career. Under the umbrella of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative and our Women in/to Leadership network, the event was designed to offer unique perspectives and applicable insights for the many Deloitte professionals gathered in our DSquare auditorium.
The former WTA #1 and Grand Slam winner shared how resilience, mental strength, flexibility, and adaptability can make your dreams come true.
Throughout her address, Justine offered powerful and inspiring words about her life and career, not only regarding tennis, but also entrepreneurship.
Her inspiring talk was aligned with Deloitte Global’s 2023 #ImAWomanAnd campaign, which sought to address gender stereotypes and unconscious bias.
