The firm is structured around three business functions: Audit & Assurance, Advisory & Consulting, and Tax. These functions are supported by our internal services, including Marketing & Communications, Legal, Quality and Compliance, IT, Office Management, Human Resources and Finance. True to our commitment to be close to our clients, we are structured by industry to offer the expertise our clients need, address their challenges, and assist them in seizing market opportunities. We also actively listen to our clients to offer tailor-made solutions and remain agile in a fast-moving environment.

Deloitte’s commitment to responsible business is rooted in our Purpose— more than 175 years of making an impact that matters for our people, society and clients. Our Purpose defines who we are and why we exist. Our Shared Values describe how we live our Purpose, and our Global Principles of Business Conduct explain our ethical commitments.
Deloitte’s Responsible Business Practices statement outlines the responsible business principles we believe in and the commitments we have made. These are embedded in our policies and inform our decision-making.
We are led by a shared global Purpose: to make an impact that matters.
For our clients, talent, and society.
Our Purpose defines who we are and is the foundation of our culture. It endures—transcending the everyday and binding us together. It gives us the reasons why our organization exists.
We deliver on our Purpose by providing service, contribution, leadership and inspiration. To succeed in our Purpose, we need to be leaders in all that we do:
Our Shared Values are the underlying values that contribute to long-lasting success at Deloitte. They are the foundation from which we make decisions and take action. They are the fundamental principles that link our diverse practices, cultures and functions together. They are simple, yet make a powerful statement about what we value and how we act individually and as a global organization.
Commitment to excellence—client satisfaction
We are committed to delivering pristine quality and excellence in everything we do. This is why we put a great emphasis on understanding our clients’ experience when they choose Deloitte. The Client Experience Score measures how successfully a company delivers experiences that create and sustain loyalty. It offers us a unique chance to constantly improve our services to always match and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Agile Collaboration
As technology becomes more embedded into our lives every day, our collaborations become faster and more efficient—but also more complex. We strive to enable impactful collaborations so that information is shared, experience is gathered, and success is replicated.
We build teams with a purpose, sharing best practices and connecting to deliver excellence. This also implies a transparent approach to communication within the entire firm.
Deloitte’s leadership is placing a great emphasis on regular and transparent communication regarding all challenges and opportunities the firm is facing. Through regular virtual and on-site townhalls, whether firmwide or by business function, we shared with all our professionals where we stood and where we aimed to go. We delivered on our “We/Me” hybrid work model enabling our professionals to work from home when they require uninterrupted focus and to join the office for projects and moments that necessitate in-person collaboration.
Innovation
How can we design cutting-edge solutions that enable our clients and us to work smarter and faster? What will tomorrow’s businesses look like, and how can we leverage technology to help them become successful? Our long-standing focus on fostering innovation in the firm’s business functions and internal services means we commit, year after year, to allocate an important part of our resources to design solutions that gain a competitive edge in tomorrow’s landscape. Through our D.GET intrapreneurship program our professionals benefit from a platform where they get the opportunity to share their best ideas to contribute to the future success of Deloitte, to transform ideas into value added services for our clients, to learn & practice how to present and pitching in front of a jury and to support the development of a comprehensive go-to-market approach & communication plan.
Sustainability
Sustainability is much more than protecting our planet. It is the determination to embed sustainability in everything we do. It is about making an impact on our communities, supporting them with our expertise, delivering value in the service of the public interest, and building for tomorrow.
It is also about advising our clients on building long-lasting value that will benefit the next generations, leaving them a world in which they can grow and prosper.
Our appointment of a Sustainability Leader is fundamental in this regard, demonstrating and giving substance to our commitments. Transversal by nature, our Sustainability Leader’s role is to embed sustainability in every aspect of our organization while supporting our clients to embrace change, making it an opportunity and a foundation for their future success.
To achieve our aim of being a responsible corporate citizen, our Corporate Social Responsibility team has been active for more than 12 years, designing new actions to support our efforts and make an impact on our people, communities, society and the planet.
Diversity & Inclusion
At Deloitte, we believe that an inclusive culture, underpinned by respect at all times, provides the foundation for a diverse and vibrant organization.
Our strength and ability to deliver excellence to our clients also rely on our capacity to attract, welcome and retain people from various backgrounds, origins, beliefs and ways of living. Guided by our Shared Values, which are deeply enshrined in our ALL IN strategy, we are convinced we will thrive by empowering our people to be their true selves. This is why we nurture our thinking on the topic through regular training, webinars, conferences and discussions. Recognizing that meaningful change takes time and dedication, we harness the progress made through specific initiatives to continually raise our ambitions internally and externally.
