Paul is an Associate Director in our Consulting practice with experience in human capital gained both in industry and consulting. Paul joined Deloitte in 2012 serving clients in the East Africa region. Prior to Deloitte, he had previously worked with Ernst & Young and was also a Lecturer at Makerere University Business School. Since his joining, he has been instrumental in developing our organizational transformation portfolio, which continues to grow across Africa.
His expertise includes organisation analysis and design, institutional development, strategy, public sector reforms, reward management, leadership development, and change management. He has mainly transformed clients in public sector, financial services, energy, resources and industrials, and consumer industries.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource. He is also a Chartered Human Resources Professional (CHRP-K) and holds a PhD in Organizational Theory and Behavior.
