The objective:

To advance towards integrated HR processes, create a single source of truth for employee data, and drive smarter, insight-led decision-making across the organisation.

A phased approach to transformation

Over a nine-month period, Jaquar rolled out SAP SuccessFactors across India and its global operations in three structured waves. Focused on the end-to-end employee journey, the implementation aimed to strengthen HR capabilities and align systems with the company’s evolving workforce priorities.

Each wave was meticulously planned and executed, enabling Jaquar to:

  • Establish a single, centralised HR platform to support global consistency
  • Elevate process effectiveness through scalable, digital workflows
