Rajat Rai

Rajat Rai is a distinguished managing director within Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Engineering practice. Throughout his tenure at Deloitte, Rajat has been instrumental in spearheading innovation-driven, large-scale, and complex enterprise transformation projects for some of Deloitte’s most prestigious clients. With more than 20 years of experience, he has consistently worked alongside senior management teams to define and implement technology-enabled business transformations, enhance operational performance, and optimize investment management.

Rajat is dedicated to fostering innovation and promoting an intelligent automation-first approach in testing execution and delivery. His leadership extends to the development and enhancement of Deloitte’s QE assets and products. Through collaboration with seasoned quality engineers, automation experts, and QE leaders, Rajat and his team skillfully architect next-generation QE assets, shaping the future landscape of testing. His commitment to excellence and forward-thinking strategies continue to drive significant advancements in the field of quality engineering.

Rajat received his MS in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. In his free time, Rajat enjoys his time running (completed more than 30 half marathons), biking, hiking, and traveling.
