Namrata Sharma is a research and insights manager for insurance at the Deloitte Center for Financial Services. Prior to joining Deloitte in November 2021, she had 15 years of research and due diligence experience in investment banking, credit analysis, and asset management with major financial services firms, and launched her own B2C startup.
As part of Deloitte’s research team, she specially enjoys crafting data-driven graphical roadmaps/frameworks for future looking thoughtware. Recently authored papers are “It’s time for the insurance industry to strengthen its climate risk governance,” and “Building circularity into the claims process can move the insurance industry closer toward resiliency.”
