Moumita is a Partner in Deloitte India with over 21 years of experience in AI, leading large-scale analytics-led enterprise-wide programmes across retail, CPG, QSR, auto, hospitality and BFSI sectors. She has played a pivotal role in helping businesses define their AI strategy, set up AI Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and drive ROI across AI and GenAI initiatives. She has also helped businesses apply new technologies, such as Agentic AI, to drive business value.

In her current role, she leads the Agentic AI and GenAI initiatives across the Technology and Transformation function and has helped numerous organisations bring GenAI use cases from PoC to production.

Moumita's expertise spans sales acceleration, dynamic demand prediction, micro-market expansion, hyper-personalised customer value management, dynamic pricing, inventory management, promotion optimisation, recommender algorithms and marketing ROI. Her leadership in implementing AI and other advanced technologies has delivered significant business value in India and global markets.

Prior to joining Deloitte India, she worked with leading global firms and was a founding member of a leading analytics consulting company. She holds a master’s degree from the Indian Statistical Institute.
