Kathleen O'Dell

Kathleen serves as the Global Consulting Services Cross Business Go-To-Market Leader, where she is focused on activating growth across Deloitte’s businesses, offerings, and geographies. She also serves as Deloitte’s Global Leader for International Affairs & Development, collaborating with ministries of foreign affairs and donors worldwide, and is the Advisory Partner for the European Union account. She sits on the board of the US Global Leadership Coalition and on the Executive Advisory Board of the Professional Services Council’s Council of International Development Companies.
