Murthy has extensive experience in leading complex HR Transformation programs using leading HCM cloud solutions, Payroll Transformation and Outsourcing programs.

He currently leads Deloitte India's Human Capital's Operate and Darwinbox offerings. Murthy advises customers on their HR Process & Technology Managed Services strategies, Optimisation of shared services, HR strategy and technology roadmaps and helps execute these strategies.
