Linur Dloomy is the Chief Transformation Officer and Enabling Areas Leader at Deloitte Israel, where she spearheads strategic transformation initiatives and oversees essential business operations. With over 20 years of experience, Linur has been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence across various domains, including financial and risk management, corporate governance, and strategic development.
As the appointed Internal Auditor for a wide range of companies, Linur serves a large scale of public companies in Israel and the US, ensuring robust corporate governance and compliance. Her strategic vision and collaborative approach continue to drive Deloitte Israel's growth and innovation, making her a key leader in the firm's journey towards excellence.
Previously, as the Advisory Practice Leader, Linur successfully guided teams towards enhanced performance in various areas, including internal audit and risk management, while focusing on innovative solutions. Her leadership has also extended to key areas such as Cybersecurity and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (AI). Linur's extensive experience includes pivotal contributions to shaping the Deloitte Risk Intelligence methodology and implementing risk management frameworks to benefit multinational corporations.
Education
As a Certified Public Accountant, Linur holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management, complemented by a Law Degree from Bar Ilan University.
