Irena leads the ESG practice, which promotes a holistic view of the business and its connection to the core of the organization. Within this framework, Irena leads complex projects to implement ESG principles in the organization, from strategy setting to implementation, management, operations, reporting and stakeholder communication. In addition to her strategic business focus, Irena has in-depth experience and knowledge of global regulatory compliance in the area of sustainability. Irena has a very broad background in topics such as corporate governance, climate and global reporting regulations, while also having experience in leading multi-stakeholder projects and organizational transformation processes, all aligned with the company's maturity and strategic goals.

Irena coordinates her knowledge and expertise on a wide range of issues in the field of sustainability and in particular, was a member of the OECD Advisory Committee on Governance and Sustainability in State-Owned Enterprises and the Public Sector for many years.
