At Deloitte, our Purpose is to make an impact that matters for our clients, our people, and society. This is the lens for which our global strategy is set. It unites Deloitte professionals across geographies, businesses, and skills. It makes us better at what we do and how we do it. It enables us to deliver on our promises to stakeholders, while creating the lasting impact we seek.
Harnessing the talent of 450,000+ people located across more than 150 countries and territories, our size and scale puts us in a unique position to help change the world for the better—by bringing together the services we provide, the societal investments we make, and the collaborations we advance through our ecosystems.
Our Shared Values are at the core of each decision we make, how we act, and how we impact those we serve where it matters most.

Foster inclusion
We are at our best when we foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms. We know this attracts top talent, enables innovation, and helps deliver well-rounded client solutions.
Collaborate for measurable impact
We approach our work with a collaborative mindset, teaming across businesses, geographies, and skills to deliver tangible, measurable, attributable impact.
2024 Transparency Report
The Deloitte Israel Transparency Report is published annually. It contains disclosures of our legal structure, governance, and the system of quality controls we employ in our Audit & Assurance business.
The equal pay for male and female workers
The amendment to the "equal pay" law requires organizations that as of 31.12.2023 had 518 employees or more - to produce a public report, an internal report for management, and personal notifications to employees, providing information regarding pay gaps between genders.Diversity & inclusion in all its forms, including gender equality, are leading values at Deloitte, which we follow in our day-to-day activities.
We are proud to say that the new legislation does not create a new reality for us, rather it accompanies what we already do. Deloitte Israel promotes gender equality vigorously; in every crucial decision-making crossroad, women and men serve side by side. More than half of our human capital are women (56%), 48% of our managerial layer are female, and 4 out of 5 Business leaders are women. Women also hold the majority in our firm's management: 7 out of 13 (more than 50%!) are women. We will continue to follow and nourish our values while ensuring diversity. We will continue to set a good example within the firm and in our society, by defining clear and measurable goals to advance gender equality.
More than 180 years ago, William Welch Deloitte saw the potential of connection, collaboration, and innovation. The value in exceeding expectations and delivering results that stand the test of time.
It is those founding ways of working that grew us into the global organization we are today and give us the power to connect for a better tomorrow.
