Gender Pay Gap Report 2025

Prioritising progress: Deloitte Ireland publishes its 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report

At Deloitte, we remain committed to making leadership a space where men and women can grow and thrive.

We are proud to have met our target of 35% female partners and our Executive continues to have a gender balance. We recognise that a gender balance at our most senior levels is needed, which is why we have set a new target: 40% female partners by 2027.

There is more to do, and we are firmly focused on the future and will continue to prioritise progress.

Explore our report to find out what initiatives we are deploying to narrow the gap.

“Our Gender Pay Gap Report is more than just a routine disclosure, it is our commitment to transparency and accountability. Each year, it is an opportunity to pause, reflect and recalibrate our efforts to narrow the gender pay gap. This year our report highlights areas of progress, and it also underscores that we need to keep pushing forward. We know real change requires addressing structural barriers and challenging biases, which is why we continue to take focused actions, such as launching a Women in Leadership Network for senior women in client-facing roles.”

- Sinead Gogan, Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer

"Achieving our 2025 target of ensuring 35% female partners is a meaningful milestone for us. It shows that we understand significant change will only happen when more women hold senior roles, and that we are making intentional progress in fostering a work environment that encourages colleagues of all genders to pursue careers they are passionate about. Our new target of 40% female partners by 2027 is a sign that we aren’t going to stop pushing to progress."
