What does inclusion mean to you?
For me, inclusion means,
“Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high;
Where knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls”

Over the period of time, I have worked with both internal and external projects for Deloitte and I get to know so many amazing people and their diverse ideas. The rich exposure to diverse projects and industries has honed my skills and perspective. What is the most valuable thing you have learned since you joined Deloitte?
At Deloitte, I've gained a profound appreciation for the "can do" mindset. Navigating through intricate challenges, I've grasped the art of agile thinking and embracing diverse viewpoints. This skill has not only enhanced my professional efficacy but also enriched my approach to personal hurdles. Deloitte's emphasis on adaptable problem-solving has undoubtedly been the cornerstone of my growth, allowing me to thrive in a constantly evolving business landscape that is meaningful and creates a better future.
What's one piece of advice you would give to someone relocating their life and career to Ireland?
Just do It!! All you need to do to get out of your comfort bubble and walk the extra mile but I can tell you in the end it is really rewarding and you will meet some amazing people and build a long-lasting relationship and the opportunity to explore amazing landscapes and history.
