How do you identify yourself?

I am Masilapriya and am with Deloitte for 10 months and working as a IMCOE in Audit and Assurance. I joined as part of the Deloitte Ireland Return to Work Programme following a career break.

What does inclusion mean to you?

Inclusion means accepting and respecting the values of people from any part of the world, so they play their part freely with equal opportunities

How is Deloitte helping you build your career?

Deloitte offered me the opportunity to reboot my professional career. Mentoring and training helped me to settle well with the work environment and overcome all the juggles that come with transitioning back into the workplace.
