This Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct (the ‘Code’) is to be applied in accordance with Irish law. Deloitte & Touche (‘Deloitte’) means all associated partnerships and companies organised under the laws of Ireland. Deloitte has adopted this Code for use by its partners and employees. Unless otherwise specified in this Code, references to ‘we’ or ‘our’, are references to Deloitte partners and employees.
