Zoë is the Head Customer Experience in Deloitte Digital. Zoë has over 12 years’ experience in delivering a portfolio of change programmes in areas such as digital, customer and strategy.
Zoë spent a number of years working in Financial Services before joining Deloitte’s consulting practice. Zoë is passionate about the customer and innovation and has led a number of strategic digital programmes that addressed and provided innovative solutions to everyday customer problems.
