Rob has over 12 years’ management experience in the Financial Services industry including Life and Pensions, Health Insurance and Banking. Specialising in the areas of Strategy, Business Model Transformation, Outsourcing and Programme Management, Rob has successfully managed and delivered major change programmes for a organisations in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte, Rob held a senior position in an Irish Health Insurance company where he was responsible for establishing and leading the IT & Operations function.
