Richard Lombard is a director in the Dublin office of Deloitte Ireland working in the transfer pricing service line. Richard has over 10 years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing.
Richard was previously a Principal Officer of the Transfer Pricing Audit Branch at the Office of the Revenue Commissioners. He was responsible for risk-driven transfer pricing audits and other compliance interventions. Richard has extensive experience in litigating and resolving transfer pricing disputes.
Richard’s educational qualifications include a BA in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s in Accounting at Dublin City University. Richard is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute (AITI).
