Noel is a partner in Deloitte Ireland's Actuarial Practice and provides advisory support to numerous clients including actuarial and risk transformation, capital and solvency, model governance, pricing, data quality and regulatory compliance.
Noel has more than 25 years’ experience across the direct, reinsurance and consulting sectors and has acted as the Pre-Approval Controlled Function Head of Actuarial Function for some of the largest non-life entities regulated in Ireland. He is also the Peer Review Actuary to several of the most senior non-life actuaries in the Irish market and has reported to the High Court of Ireland for a number of the largest non-life insurance portfolio transfers in the Irish Market.
