Mark is an Associate Director on Deloitte's Debt & Capital Advisory team and has worked with the team for 5 years. Prior to this, he worked with PwC and Blackstone.
He has worked on a broad range of corporate finance assignments including raising debt funding for growth, acquisitions, working capital, refinancing, and debt restructuring. Mark's role sees him providing debt advisory services to clients, assisting them throughout the debt raise process from pre-financing planning through to negotiation and execution.
