Lisa is the operations director for Consulting, driving execution against our Consulting strategy and plans and supporting our client-facing teams to maximise their impact in the market. Lisa sets priorities for our Consulting operations team, across the pillars of Operations & Change, Finance, Quality & Risk and Talent and work with our Firm support functions to ensure we deliver our plans.
She also leads the change programme required to transform our Consulting business at a time when we are operating in an increasingly complex environment.
Prior to this role, Lisa lead and delivered client engagements to re-focus or improve customer operations through operating model redesign, process improvement and technology implementation.
