Lee’s focus is in advising c-suite executives to make, and activate, target operating model decisions, integrating the formal (structures, systems, processes) and informal (culture, leadership, behaviours) aspects of how organisations work to achieve their desired results.
A trained psychologist, Lee has a Masters in Business Practise, postgraduates in Organisational Development & Transformation, and Strategic HR Management, and a PROSCI certified change manager. Lee is a qualified Executive coach, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and the European Organisation Design Forum.
