She spent 4 years in-house as part of the global tax controversy team of a large multinational technology group. Fionnuala supports business and individuals in the proactive assessment and management of tax risk across all tax heads and through the life cycle of Irish Revenue Commissioners compliance interventions such as Risk Reviews and Audits. She supports businesses in developing best in practice tax governance, processes and controls as part of the development of a Tax Control Framework. Fionnuala also has experience in cross-border tax dispute prevention and resolution.
Fionnuala holds the AITI qualification as a designated Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) from the Irish Taxation Institute, is a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, holds a B.A. from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Taxation from the University of Sydney.
