Elsabe is a Senior Manager in the Human Capital Consulting team in Deloitte. She is a registered Organisational Psychologist which helps her to understand human behaviour and how to optimise it to drive large scale transformations. She has more than 8 years’ experience across industry and consulting and she specialises in providing Human Capital and Organisation Transformation solutions to clients across various industries. She is passionate about the Future of Work and driving organisational value through data-driven insights.
Elsabe brings a range of solutions to clients including organisation design, hybrid work strategies, strategic talent management, workforce planning, organisational culture, change management and employee experience.
Within organisation design she had led several projects including organisation-wide and department specific reviews. She is experienced in conducting as-is assessment, designing the desired future organisation, facilitating design workshops, impact analysis and developing implementation roadmaps.
