David is a Director within Deloitte’s Gi3 (Global Investment & Innovation Incentives) practice, and leads a team of technical and financial advisors who guide and assist companies with all aspects of their innovation funding.
David is from a research background, and holds degrees from Trinity College Dublin, in both Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering (BAI), and Mathematics (BA). Since 2008, he has worked as a specialist advisor in the areas of R&D Tax Credits, Grants and incentives, helping companies identify and optimise the vast array of incentive available. David has a particular focus on Revenue Audits, and companies active in the medical device, pharmaceutical, engineering and manufacturing space.
David is a member of Institute of Engineers Ireland, and actively liaises with Revenue as part of the ITI’s delegation on Revenue’s R&D tax credit discussion group.
