Dierdre works as a Director in the Customer & Digital space where her focus is providing support to clients in improving their end to end customer experience, reducing their cost to serve and increasing their revenue. She works directly with key client stakeholders, helping them to define their organisation vision and implement strategic improvement programmes across the customer operating model. Her areas of focus include sales and service excellence, customer operating model design, customer experience, customer treatment design, distribution strategy, engagement channels and process optimisation.
