2022 winner : Corlytics
The team at Corlytics enable the management of regulation affecting those in the financial services sector including banks, investment managers and insurance, but in particular crypto and payment firms. Their innovation removes the risk associated with regulatory change management, ensuring their clients can show greater resilience to the regulators and provide the insights to use regulation as a source of competitive advantage.

2022 winner : Naomh Breandáin Credit Union
The team at Naomh Breandain Credit Union recognized a need to play a part in reducing carbon footprint in their community. They commenced this journey by setting up a small voluntary group called Sustainable Energy West. Their Energy Audits have made a huge social impact in the community, informing groups of their energy as well as offering them a road map into the future. The team are delivering on the Credit Unions vision of “Together Building a Better Tomorrow for our Community.

2022 winner : Phonovation
Phonovation’s Mobile ID service has enabled Irish financial institutions to securely bind their app to the handsets of 6 million customers and to securely send SMS OTPs. Their service ensures a seamless onboarding journey for new customers while it facilitates existing customers to transact securely with their online account.

Gulru Atak, Head of Innovation in Citi’s Institutional Clients Group, was recognised with the Leadership Award which distinguishes pioneers of innovation across the financial services industry. Within her role at Citi, Gulru explores new opportunities for growth through new business models, emerging technologies and partnerships, as well as driving innovation efforts in collaboration with other Citi teams.
