Active Nutrition Zrt. has entered into an agreement to acquire an 85% stake in Galvanize Nutrition Kft. Galvanize Nutrition is a fast-growing, Hungary-based sport nutrition manufacturer and distributor with a global presence. The Company owns a strong, well-established brand, Pure Gold Protein, which is primarily focused on the domestic market. The Company also owns the Galvanize Nutrition brand and manufactures private label products, which are primarily export-oriented. The transaction was signed and closed in December 2024. Deloitte acted as exclusive financial, tax and sell-side transaction advisor to the Shareholders during the Transaction.
