Corvinus Nemzetközi Befektetési Zrt. has agreed to sell its 35% stake in Vienna Insurance Group's Hungarian operations to Vienna Insurance Group AG (VIG). With the closure of the transaction, VIG's share increased to 90%, whereas Corvinus Zrt.'s share decreased to 10% in VIG's Hungarian businesses. Deloitte provided sell-side transaction structuring services and a MEIP test to Corvinus Zrt. in connection with the transaction.
